This Extended Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Vantamo
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, Vantamo will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems?
Vantamo will repair or replace the Product at no charge.
Vantamo will pay for shipping charges.
Vantamo shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Physical Good while in transit to us.
How long does the coverage last?
This Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Vantamo is 1 Year from the date of purchase.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
If it is determined that the damaged product is covered, by this warranty, Vantamo will decide if the damaged product shall be delivered to Vantamo for repair/replacement, or if Vantamo will send a replacement product without first receiving the damaged product.
If the damaged product is determined to be delivered to Vantamo, deliver then the Physical Goods, in either its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection, including any accessories or documents that shipped with the Physical Goods to the address specified by Vantamo.
