SHIPPING

US orders
Shipping rates are calculated per product and shown clearly at checkout before you pay — no surprises. Many of our products and offers include free US shipping; when they do, you'll see it marked on the product page. Orders ship from our US warehouse partners within 12–48 hours, and we do our best to get yours moving the same or next business day, depending on the shipping option for your items. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery. You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.

International orders
We ship to many countries. If we deliver to your address, you'll see the available options and rates at checkout. Our prices do not include import duties, customs fees, or local taxes (such as VAT or GST) — depending on your country, your customs authority or carrier may collect these before or at delivery, and they are the recipient's responsibility. If you're unsure what applies, your local customs office can tell you before you order.

If you're in Europe, you can also find many of our products on Amazon.co.uk and other Amazon marketplaces, where import handling is often included in the price shown.

If something goes wrong
Wrong address, package stuck in tracking, or arrived damaged? Email support@vantamo.com with your Order ID and we'll sort it out. Every order is covered by our 60-Day Peace of Mind Promise, which starts the day your order arrives.
